Good Sleep and Keep Fit

Sleep is a natural phenomenon needed for rest and recuperation of body and mind after the day’s toils. We have inbuilt biological clocks in our system, one of which regulates sleep. That is why we feel sleepy around the same time every day.There are some essential things for a good night’s sleep such as body free from pain, mildly tired not exhausted, mind at ease and free of anxiety, comfortable reasonable sized bed, lighting proper according to one’s choice, night clothing should be loose. Body in pain, mind in turmoil, tight nightwear, uncomfortable bed, bedroom in disarray are some of the things that disturb sleep. Alcoholic drinks can cause disturbed sleep if taken in excess.
