Halogen Lamps

Many vehicles have halogen headlamps. These emit a whiter and brighter light than other sealed-beam headlamps. Usually a vehicle with four headlamps has pair of type1 and type2. For low beam driving, one filament in each type2 headlamps on. On high beam, other filament in type 2 headlamps comes on along with the single filament in the type 1 headlamp. The driver can selects the beam needed by operating the beam-selector or by the dimmer switch. The operation of the head lamps are controlled by the headlamp switch. Thus the headlamps work in the automobiles
